Return Policy

Our commitment to quality ensures customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy which governs your purchases at www.measures.sa ("Site"). We may modify this policy, so check back periodically for updates.

Return Period

Measures offers a 3 days return policy. Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of receiving the order to qualify for a refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process

To initiate a return, submit a request through https://measures.sa/a/return? Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions about the pickup. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Orders

International and GCC shipped orders are non-returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and 20 SAR processing fee applies to refunds.

By using the Site, you agree to follow and be bound by our return policy. Measures reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions of our policy are not met.

Severability

This Return Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Measures regarding returns and refunds, superseding any prior agreements. No modification to this policy will be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Measures.
